1) Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2) NO CANCELLATIONS of order are allowed.

3) No refund will be made unless items are out of stock.

4) We reserve the rights to cancel the order in case of the items is out of stock or in unsatisfied condition. Full item price will be refunded.

5) Payments are to be make via bank transfer only.

6) Delivery will be done through Singpost and we are not be held responsible for any lost mails through normal postage. Therefore, REGISTERED POSTAGE are highly advisable.

7) All items will be checked for defect before mailing out.

Thus, we are not liable for any damages during the process of mailing.

8) Sizes may vary of 2-3cm is normal.

9)Actual colour of item may differ slightly from the pictures due to picture quality snapped or monitor screen solutions.

10)All price not include postage charges.

Normal Postage : S$ 1.50 per pieces

Registered Mail : S$ 2.50 on top of normal postage

Free normal postage : 3 pieces and above
